Lis Wehl, born August 19, 1961 in the US, is an author and an ex-legal expert at Fox News.
She is adjunct professor of Law, New York Law School. Prior to that, she was an the associate professor at Law University of Washington Law School. Legal commentaries have been provided to National Public Radio and Bill O'Reilly's Radio Factor. She appears weekly presenter on The O'Reilly Factor. The Kelly File The Kelly File with Megyn Kelly. Wiehl, who was born and grew up in Yakima in Washington State, was a graduate of Yakima at West Valley High School. She earned a bachelor's qualification from Barnard College (1983), a Masters of Arts in Literature Studies from the University of Queensland (1985), and she earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence (JD) from Harvard Law School (1997).
Wiehl was a prosecutor at the US Attorney's office. The correspondent was a lawyer on the NPR program All Things Considered. She served as "the deputy chief investigator for Democrats in the House Judiciary Committee at the time of Clinton's Impeachment." She was a tenured professor of legal studies at the University of Washington School of Law, Seattle from 1995-2001 as well as the director of the Trial Advocacy Program. From 2001 until the year 2017 Wiehl worked as an attorney analyst at Fox News.
